Rebuild “Reduced Muscle Mass” due to Sarcopenia with prolonged years of little or no exercise, with the use of Resistance and Functional Training, delivered by four level 3 coaches.
Typical Nifty60's session
Warm up
Functional movement head to toe
Dumbbells
Up to 500 reps (100reps x 5sets)
Circuits
9 stations x 2 min + 2min water rest x 2/3 circuits
Cool down
Cool downs with stretching
Grip strength testing
Grip strength testing every 4-6 months - Baseline measurement to start
Sit to stand testing
Sit to stand testing every 4-6 months - Baseline measurement to start
