Members report less pain, better mobility, and in some cases avoiding surgery altogether.
The programme helps reduce loneliness, increase self-esteem, and improve overall wellbeing.
Many participants, including widows and newcomers, form close friendships and feel part of a supportive family.
Building strength helps prevent falls, reduces illness, and ultimately eases pressure on the NHS.
The sessions focus on resistance training, and we believe that muscle is the longevity of life
